I had an absolutely amazing time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The service provided here was exceptional, starting from the train station pick up to the smooth check-in process. The staff, especially 京子 Kyoko, went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, even taking into consideration my elderly mother's limitations. The meals at this hotel were truly a Michelin-level experience, with delicious flavors and beautifully presented dishes. It was a culinary journey that I will never forget.
I highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff's attention to detail and the luxurious amenities provided here truly enhance the comfort and quality of the stay.

Beautiful scenery and modern, comfortable rooms, with attentive service from multilingual staff. Onsen is of good size and luxurious, adding to the overall experience. Location is serene and peaceful.
Limited options for drinks and expensive wines. The nearby town is small and not much is open, especially in inclement weather.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me in any way possible, despite my limited knowledge of the local language. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of nature right outside the hotel, and a lovely walking trail to explore. The breakfast and dinner provided were mouth-watering, with exquisite tastes that left me wanting more.

This hotel is the perfect place to relax and unwind. the beautiful nature walk outside of the hotel was a highlight, with peace and tranquility throughout. the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, even though they didn't speak much English. They made sure to answer any questions and address any needs we had. We also enjoyed the delicious meals, with great attention to detail in every dish.
The town was quite small and there wasn't much to do besides the nature walk. the price of the hotel was expensive but considering the fantastic service, it was worth it.
